The Tegra 2-powered LG Star is getting hotter everyday, it has been up several times in recent weeks. Now Engadget has finally got their hands on this Android smartphone and wrote a review. This is the highlight specs of the upcoming LG Star.

* The design in some part somehow looks like the Droid Incredible.

* Great, vast 4” 800×480 pixel resolution screen.

* Still running Android 2.2 Froyo, but Gingerbread update could be arrived soon.

* Powered by Tegra 2 processor.

* Benchmark test hits 67 fps on Neocore and the Quadrant hits about two times that of Nexus one. The best thing is the hardware and software is not yet maximized since it is not final.

* Seamlessly playing YouTube HQ and Flash playback.

Looks like this Tegra 2-powered LG Star could be one of the Stars among other star on CES next year. LG might announce or even launch it in the event on January. Speaking about processor, there is a hint that this Tegra 2 processor will be highly improved in the computing power of mobile devices. Great isn’t it? So, stay tuned for more news.
