If you notice at Dive into Mobile the other day, Andy Rubin was carrying a shiny Motorola Tablet, wonder what it is? According to a source from Mobile01 that has talked with some of the guys carrying the same device, Motorola is planning a 7” and 10” version of tablet device.
The tablet further will be offered in UMTS, CDMA and LTE. It was also said that the device will run on Android Honeycomb and Mobile01 has equipped it with a snap that is said to the tablet homescreen.

* NVIDIA Tegra 2 T20 Dual-Core Chipset
* 1280 x 800 WXGA resolution
* 32GB Internal Storage
